A full-time couch potato, Ai Xuan is a homebody who is in love with books and musicals, especially The Phantom of the Opera. She tends to talk to herself a lot and enjoys living different lives through book characters. Her writing career began at the tender age of five, where she wrote a story about a lost calf. Unfortunately, the manuscript never saw the light of day. (And probably never will.) She often wonders about a life with a baby pug… but she is content with taking care of just her houseplants instead. One of her favourite quotes is, “Look at how a single candle can both defy and define the darkness.” Ai Xuan trusts in the strength of a single candle, and strives to be as resilient as one.
