Different. Perhaps that’s the closest word that comes to mind when you think of Poojaa. Everything she does, she wants to be different – be it chopping off her hair (even when she knows she doesn’t quite suit it), catching moths and butterflies or just simply believing that boys are better at keeping her secrets. This girl leads a complicated life at times with an abundant of opportunities thrown at her – from once being a national athlete that runs competitively, to becoming a writer that’s worked for publications such as Asian Geographic Magazines and Sands Style and above all of that, works as a model in her free time too. Yet, with the many options laid out for her, she is last to stick to one. Instead, a risk taker is what she’d call herself, seeing how she tries everything at least once until she stumbles across what might strike her as her ‘destiny’. At this point, she indulges in everything and anything that comes her way, from writing about the Women’s Fashion Week to modeling at the year-end Toni and Guy Fashion Show and better yet having a go at one of Asia’s longest flying fox route at her most recent holiday to India.
