Festive Films proudly presents Cassandra’s Dream, the latest thriller film by three-time Academy Award winning director Woody Allen.


Starring Ewan McGregor, Colin Farrell, Hayley Atwell and Tom Wilkinson, Cassandra’s Dream promises to be a compelling tale of love, murder, family feuds and betrayal.

Sypnosis

Set in modern-day London, the movie’s about 2 British brothers, aspiring hotelier Ian (Colin Farrell) and Terry (Ewan McGregor), a pathological gambler.

Terry’s fortune is made when the dog he bets on wins, so the brothers buy a sailboat with the winnings and name it Cassandra’s Dream after the dog that won the race. After a day out at sea with their girlfriends, Ian falls for an attractive woman (Hayley Atwell) he meets while driving.

To fuel their ambitions, the brothers eventually become ensnarled in murder on behalf of their businessman uncle. But getting away scot-free doesn’t spell the end of their woes.
