As the name suggests, this oven-baked turkey is spread symmetrically and garnished to resemble a butterfly. The turkey is first de-boned, then the thigh and breast meat are bathed in a garden of herbs.

The excellent stuffing made from rye bread [bread made with flour from rye grain of variable levels], carrots, corn, celery, leek, chestnuts, cranberries and ham are then drizzled with gravy and snugly wrapped up in the turkey meat as doing so keeps the turkey moist.

The Fuss-Free Turkey is available at $328.

A Pot of Fire

This European festive has withstood 400 years of history and brought countless homes comfort during the icy winters of Central Europe. Catering to local taste buds, Goodwood’s version is modified by the addition of braised smoked pork shoulder and pork belly together with winter vegetables like turnips, pumpkin, carrots, celery and onions as opposed to the regular potato or rice.

The Pot of Fire is available at The Deli at $138.
