Hay Dairies started with only 48 goats in 1988. Now, its Lim Chu Kang site is home to more than 1,000 goats.

The number is set to quadruple in 4 to 5 years when the goat farm relocates to a 10,000 sq m land parcel in Neo Tiew Crescent. Its current lease will end in 2021. 

With a bigger population, the goats will have to move out of their “landed housing” and adapt to “condominium-style living”, said Hay Dairies’ second-generation owner Leon Hay.
