Nguyễn Trần Phương Quyên, or better known as Queenie, is the Vietnamese boss of La Boutique Vietnam in Singapore. She founded her nail salon at Tanjong Pagar Plaza in 2013.

Queenie moved to Singapore 2 months after meeting her Singaporean husband, who passed away from cancer in 2019. The couple have a teenage daughter.
