Although only 21, Roxanne Tataei AKA Rox, released her debut album Memoirs in 2010. Her debut album was partially recorded in New Jersey with Commissioner Gordon (of Lauryn Hill fame) but mainly in London with Jay-Z and Lupe Fiasco producer Al Shux.

Rox was nominated for Best UK & Ireland New Act in the MTV Europe Music Awards and of all the new pop babes tipped for the top this year, Rox is the jewel – a black pearl in the pack.
Rox has appeared on tour with Mark Ronson and Daniel Merriweather as well as television shows such as Later… With Jools Holland.
