Taylor’s first single from Red, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” has spent three weeks so far in the #1 position atop Billboard’s all-genre Hot 100 chart, topped the iTunes charts in 32 countries, and sold more than 1.5 million downloads in the U.S. With more than 623,000 song downloads in the U.S. in the first week of release, “Never Ever” set a new record for the biggest digital sales week ever for a song by a woman, and the second-largest sales week overall. The single marked Taylor’s 11th #1 across multiple formats, and debuted in the Top 20 on Billboard’s Pop Songs, Adult Pop Songs, Country Songs and Adult Contemporary radio airplay charts.

22 year-old Taylor Swift is a six-time GRAMMY winner, and is the youngest winner in history of the music industry’s highest honor, the Grammy Award for Album of the Year (for Fearless, released in 2008). Her 2010 album, Speak Now, was lauded on Rolling Stone’s prestigious The 50 Greatest Albums of All Time (by women) list, and Time magazine has named Taylor one of the 100 most influential people in the world.
