Craftsmen Speciality Coffee’s new lunch menu, which features Kimchi flatbread and Sriracha burger among others, might be the answer to your craving.

Known for its great selection of aromatic coffee brew and indulgent brunch options, the family-run café first opened its door at Siglap. It has since opened two more outlets at Bedok and Novena. Its 3-month-old outlet at Novena is the only one which has added lunch offerings to cater to its working crowd.

Kimchi is not for everyone, especially if you have a thing against all things fermented. But the Korean staple goes surprisingly well with Craftsmen’s toasted flatbread, which is also topped with bacon, greens, pomegranates and drenched in egg yolk. With Kimchi, every bite comes with a spicy and tangy surprise.

The impressively-styled burger definitely tempts the tastebuds.

The burger comes with beef patty and mesclun salad. Pretty standard fare.

The magic lies in the Sriracha sauce, which adds a sharp, spicy and peppery flavor to the burger.
