Minimalist Korean-style cakes have been trending on social media – and it’s easy to see why. These cakes are aesthetically pleasing with their clean and rustic designs, making them extremely Instagram and Pinterest-worthy.  

The #minimalistcake or #koreancake soared in popularity last year after they were featured in binge-worthy Korean dramas like Her Private Life. Top K-pop group BTS even had one to celebrate their member Jungkook’s birthday.
