When I used to attend classes on campus, I’d buy double chocolate chip cookies from the Subway outlet almost every other day.
Now that I’m learning from home and rarely walk past a Subway joint, I’m craving the sweet treat more and more.
While the easy solution is to reach for my phone and place an order, the high delivery fees just aren’t worth it.
Since I’ve sharpened my baking skills during the circuit breaker period, I decided to challenge myself to recreate the chewy cookie using the official recipe released by Subway this year.
Find out if my version is as delicious as the real thing!
