The Producers Guild of America is a trade organisation representing producers for film, television and new media. It’s closely associated with 2 other guilds in America – the Screen Actors Guild and the Writers Guild of America, which also hands out their respective accolades in the first few months of the year before the Oscars – motion picture’s highest honour.
