When Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom said, “I do” in 2009, it was front-page celebrity news throughout the world. Now, the power couple is putting their life together at the center of a new television series. In the new series, the outspoken Kardashian sister and the Los Angeles Lakers star will invite cameras into their home, where Khloé’s brother Robert Kardashian, Jr. has become a semi-permanent houseguest.
E! Entertainment conducted a Q&A with Rob Kardashian about the new TV series, Khloé & Lamar.
How much of the show is real and how much of it is scripted?
The show is not scripted at all, we are just the way we are and people like us for that.
How’s it going with Scott? Is he allowed into Khloé and Lamar’s house?
He doesn’t come around but we hang out a lot together. Scott is actually with us right now on our family holiday in Mexico!
Who do you get along better with, Lamar or Scott?
Even though Scott and I know each other for some time now, I have grown closer to Lamar since we live together now. He is a very cool dude and fun to hang out with.
You’re staying with Khloé and Lamar. Do you see that as invading their privacy?
Not at all, we come from a very big family and we have lived together for a very long time and Lamar is hardly around so it’s usually just Khloe and I. After the entire house is huge!
Are you protective over your sisters?
I would have to say yes! I am the only boy among my siblings and I have always been protective over my sisters. Now that Kourtney, Kim and Khloé are older I am less protective over them but I still do get protective over them sometimes. The other day when Kim and I were in the gym and few of the guys there were staring at her, I got on my protective mood and told them to cut it off.
Which sister are you closer to?
I am close to all my sisters as you can see on Keeping up with the Kardashians but because of the age gap I have to say I am closer to Khloé now.
Do you Google yourself?
Yea I do, not because I want to know how famous I am but sometimes to see what other stuff has been written about me. But they’re mostly about my sisters because I’m not as famous compared to them.
Did you change Mason’s diapers?
No! I’m not going anywhere near that. Besides, my sister has a nanny and she takes care of that.
What do you think of Kim Kardashian’s (Jam [Turn It Up]) song?
Well, she’s no Babyface, but I can tell you that I’m really proud of her and it really takes a lot of courage to do something like that. She has really made the family proud.
What kind of music do you listen to?
I listen to a lot of different types of music, from Afro Jazz to R&B and everything you can think of. I am currently hooked on to Rihanna (Chuckles).
What kind of women do you like?
Someone like Rihanna or Mila Kunis
How is your modeling career going?
I am working for Nous Model Management and I do get modelling jobs on and off. Besides modelling, I am also running a business.
Would we get to see your dating life on Khloéand Lamar’s show?
You will definitely get to see a bit on my dating life and how Khloé starts poking her nose into my dating life on the show!
